Yuka’s supportive role with yoga often encourages clients to find where they are at in their bodies. By regulating the breath, breathing deeper and slower in yoga unfolds the sense of wholeness in us. This shows that the practice of yoga is very accessible to many, even for beginners.

Yuka teaches yoga at Amchara Health Retreat monthly throughout the year. It is her passion and joy to be supporting the clients who are seeking for healthy changes in their lives at the retreat.

The group morning and evening practices are a great way to start or unwind ourselves into the next phase of the day.
